THE BEGINNING

First, a reader.
Then, a writer.

I grew up in Visakhapatnam, in a modest working-class community. Watching the challenges of ordinary people shaped my interest in literature, philosophy, dignity, and justice.

At seventeen, I encountered Rabindranath Tagore’s Gitanjali. Its spiritual and philosophical depth opened a new way of thinking about language, feeling, and self-expression.

Reading became a starting point for writing: a way to stay with questions and give shape to what I observed.

My first collection, Emblem, appeared in 2021. The books that followed explored poetry, prose, philosophy, psychology, and short fiction, before turning toward politics and dialogue.

Love and loss. Nature and healing. Power and inequality. Each form offers another way to approach the human condition — from the intimate things we carry to the structures of the society around us.
